Good morning Connie,
I had an appointment for the eye doctor. There was an accident on the road that caused me to miss my appointment by 5 minutes. Had to got back to the rental place to reserve a car until Friday to attend my other appointments.  The sun is shinning and God is in control, not me.

Hi Connie. I am loving my Surrender Yin yoga class. It's so relaxing. I have a personal trainer meeting next week just to help me get back into the old routine. I want to add a day in the real gym  floor to the classes.

🙋‍♀️&🐈Returning visit 🐈💦 Can't work too hard taking pain killers and using voltarin gel on the arm. It will come right. Resting it a lot. But had a nice hot shower and that helped the arm a bit too! Played Dnd this morning with son for a couple of hours.....set game in Discworld and found the missing pet swamp dragons, that had been kidnapped from the Sunshine Dragon Sanctuary that was good! He doesn't know it yet but next time a Druid is selling drugs in the park and let a lot of the animals loose from the zoo.....should be fun! You have a great Wednesday! 💛💙🕊️
