Dark clouds came rolling in;
Looks like rain once again;
Tiny birds fluff themselves out;
Bunnies and squirrels scurry about;
Looking for shelter to stay dry;
As the lightening fills the sky;
Now the wind picks up it's speed;
That's when people begin to take heed;
Sometime later out will come the sun;
And to all relief the storm is done.

.¸.Ꮥթℓαʂђ 💦 Good Morning Stephanie , yes we have been walking for the last 3 weeks together, building John back up , it’s been hard for him as he’s always been very active Running, cycling and the gym. His best time for a marathon was 3 hours 1 minute , just to give you a idea of his fitness lol
