x i was awake to see in the new year as the fireworks were going off lol so just waited till they finished went to bed about 1 am lol just doing bits today got gp tom for bloods again it comes round fast that 3mths i expect something will be find prob suger with all the choclate ive been munching lol have a lovely new years day mary lets hope its a good one for us all xx

Happy New Year Mary and Dennis. Well boy is it cold. -17C is wicked. Took me several hours but I finally got it warm in here. Those huge pieces of maple are helping! So Keeko won't be seen by anyone today. Its New years day. So I texted them for tomorrow to see if I can either get her in or have some antibiotic or something for her. She is still eating and drinking so that's something. And she comes for comfort and pats. I wish I could do something more for her.
So nice that you got to exchange gifts with family. My son down east says he's sent me a parcel. I haven't got it yet. But we had a nice chat last night while he was working. So that was good.
Today I got dishes done and brought in wood. Been eating swiss steak for 3 days in  row. Think I need something different tonight. Will think on it for a bit and make what I want. So nice to have my bed fixed. I'm so happy to at least be able to sleep properly and wake up not dizzy!
