Happy Friday Mary. Thank you kindly for the ffm. What a day. Started off at -19C. So bloody cold! Its now -10C. Never made it to zero. So we got to the vet's at 3:30. Keeko has lost weight. She doesn't have an abscess thank goodness. But her teeth aren't great. They did blood work, the results we get Monday. She got a hump of water under the skin on her back for hydration. She got her nails clipped and we came home with more blood pressure meds and pain meds. So at least now I can give her something for the pain. What a relief. She cried nearly all the way there. 40 min drive. But only spoke up a few times on the way home. When we got home, she went for supper and then sat on the back of my chair. Now she's resting in front of the fire. I have to give her, her meds soon and get something to eat.
Oh I am so happy to be home. And even happier that I don't have to go anywhere until Sunday.
