Happy Thursday/your Friday Mary. Its hot and smoky out there but I mostly keep the door shut. I did run into town to get some cheese. I'm taking grated cheese to church on Sunday cause we are having our salads again. Its going to be awesome.
I have had a fairly good day today. Just doing what I like to do. Sorting thru more stuff today. Making myself some chicken for supper tonight. Just marinating it now. And I have to soon go chop some veggies to go with it. I wonder why I am always tired. I really could nap just anytime. Especially after going out and doing a bit of shopping. Must be this heat. Or maybe its just my age. And at least when I get out I can talk to other humans haha, other wise I'm on my own. You should hear me talking to myself. It would probably make people laugh. However if you want expert advice, well.... :D
I hope things are better for you and that your Mom is having fun and enjoying herself. I bet its like a vacation for her. No worries about things and going places and seeing you and her friends.

I'm struggling with back pain. I have a muscle or group of muscle that just doesn't want to relax. I have taken muscle relaxer prescription but it is not working & I really feel it at night when I go to roll over
Last night I turned on the AC unit as it was so sticky even though it was getting cooler than it had been
