Happy Friday Mary. I hope everything is okay with Dennis. Good that he could at least sleep when he got home. And yeah I figured with the kennel club you would be busy. Today was like same old day. Getting the fire going and warming up the studio was the first thing I did. I love that I got some firewood at the grocery store yesterday. They are perfect for getting the fire going before plopping these huge pieces of wood. Seems to be helping to get things going really well. I emptied the ashes today. I feel like a real life Cinderella haha. Had sloppy joes for breakfast. Don't laugh they were yummy. Still working on how to fill up the cistern. Its a process for sure and I don't see the pipe outside helping.
I won't have to worry about a meal at church this Sunday. We won't do that this week. And I think that's likely a good thing. Of course church will end sooner because of it. But nobody will feel rushed either.
There was some strange sounds today like thunder. So weird. The buses were cancelled today because of sleet. But it wasn't super cold and it didn't last.
