Thursday evening sprinkles after a fabulous day Weather wise and an afternoon at Cinema club where 9 of us watched the film Quartet...very good with the next film to view being Waking Ned in two weeks time...
Cakes, scones and other goodies went down well...
My good pal popped in yesterday evening after a Blood Bike shift...lovely surprise and of course he was fed well before leaving...

was warm today but bloody work crazy double the usual steps today i swear i made a coffee at my desk at 7.30 had half rest still on my desk at 4pm! i did grab 2 M&S's on the go eventually
my poor knee is throbbing tonight too so think i need an early night tonight
going to make a nice cuppa now got Jake snoring next to me!!
