Afternoon Sue, 😂😂 Baked Oats are a leftover from my Slimming World days, I still do some of their recipes just because I like them. They were a breakfast thing, (Luke had it last night because he works 2pm - 10pm and doesn't get up in the morning!!) I've sent you a few pics on Messenger, they're 40g of porridge oats, mixed with a medium egg, and a Muller Light yogurt and whacked in the oven for 25-30 minutes. (We always used flavoured ones that we can 'match' with fruit. Caramel with chocolate sprinkles goes with banana, vanilla with sprinkles, berries, orange with orange, you get the idea?). They're served hot (I have heard people eating them cold but, no, just... no!) with fruit on the side and a drizzle of chocolate sauce that's not really chocolate sauce 😉

Shaun Michaels is still involved with WWE, he's basically in charge of NXT which is where their up and comers start out. Mr Perfect passed away in the early 2000s, such a great character. One of his son's wrestled in WWE for a while but he was never as good as his dad. I watch WWE but my preferred show is AEW. They're only about 5/6 years old and they have a few less rules, shall we say, than WWE work under. There are quite a few 'disgruntled' ex-WWE stars with the company and just as many have moved the other way. I know I'm probably too old to say I'm a fan but I've lived it since I was a kid so... Just off to do lunch and wish the time away on my butterfly plant so I can put another one in! Have a lovely afternoon, bloody windy one here xx

Hello dear Sue. I'm glad that you had a nice Birthday. I agree that they are not as "exciting" as they used to be, but at least you get some love and attention for a little while ha ha!
