Hi Judy! I'm sorry you are achy and sore. You must have over extended yourself at exercise class. Hopefully it will be better in a day or so. . I did my civic duty and voted this morning. Lord knows we need changes in the US. It's very scary right now. We had a mild day and tomorrow we will see 75 degrees but next week we are in for a shock...very cold for several days and windy. Our daytime temp will feel like 32 degrees a couple of days with the wind. Brrr. I'm not ready for the COLD. Ha! I'm glad you could get a walk in today.
