Hi Judy,  Yes, it was a nice day for a walk.  I am glad you had a nice day too.  It will be warm here too tomorrow.  It has been 6 months since I had that heart monitor on.  I have to go tomorrow and get it on again.  He wants to check and see if that strange blip is gone or not.  I hope I don't have to wear it for more than 3 days.  Take care and sleep well hun xx  Ty for the PM x
