Hi Judy, l like Rhubarb  in any way except raw lol. . Too lazy to make pastry so crumble is easier, l love the crunchy top yum. It hasnt been unbearable today heat wise , we had some cloud cover and cooling winds. Do take care Hun, heat can be rough on you. Tomorrow we head into the hot temps , not looking forward to that.
