Hi Judy, l dont take Magnesium atm but l do eat nuts containing it. There are a couple of types of Magnesium and to be honest the multivitamin l take doesnt say what type it is. I eat 3 types of nuts in moderation as they all contain Magnesium. I prefer to eat them rather than take a pill . I dont know if you are interested but these six nuts are really good as a supplement. Almonds 270. Brazil 250 (must be eaten in moderation as they also contain Selenium) Cashews 250. Hazelnuts 160. Peanuts 210 . Walnuts 160 this is per 100g. I eat a few of Walnuts, Cashews and Almonds at night if l can or rather if l remember lol. . So many reasons l dont sleep , some physical and of course worry plays its part too. So there it is lol. .
