Hi Michele...well your weather sounds pretty crappy I hope it's better tomorrow.  It was dull again here but not cold and no rain at least.  So a quiet day at work, I bet you were glad for that although sometimes it can be boring.  Hopefully that wasn't the case with you.  Had a lovely time with my SIL today and am meeting her again tomorrow for a look around the shops and yes another coffee and no doubt a cake. lol.  I can well imagine you being put off a lot of things with the injection for loosing weight.  You are doing amazing on it.  Well Off to my bed.  Hope your enjoying your evening.
