Went to The Ocean Cleanup ite & signed up for their newsletter. Thought about ordering a shirt, but with the stupid change in our tariffs elimitating the "de minimis" rates, it may have put a crimp in their ability to ship to the USA. Will check with them later on that issue and see where it stands. Thanks for sharing.

No don't take ginger. But remember when I was a child and we kids got sick, our grandmother would drown us in ginger tea and then cover us in blankets. Man did that make you sweat :) Not sure it would help with my issues, but it's worth investigating. Thanks.

You are so right about Mother Nature needing healing. Those who claim climate change is not real are just deluding themselves and trying to delude all of us as well. We should be working hard to combat the warming of the planet. It is our only home and if we don't care of it, we all will be in big trouble. Humanity in general is just so darn selfish and unwilling to work together to make the necessary changes. Last 10 years in a row warmest years on record. Not good!

I have Fibromyalgia a nerve condition that affects my bodies ability to regulate it's internal temperature. There are days in the sumer have to put on a jacket inside at times just to warm up! Too cold and I have pain, too warm and I get nauseous :-(
