Tough day today as cleared my desk from a company Id worked for for over 13 years.  Harsh reality that I probably wont be able to work full time again.  So going to look at part time or voluntary work.  Hopefully a bit more free time too to oncentrate on getting better for me not just to work.  Hope all ok with you?
