You do right in pushing yourself because I know you’ve mentioned before how much better it makes you feel. It must be hard when you feel so tired to do so. We brought a rowing machine last year with good intentions & I’ve yet to go on it & p been on about 6 times.

It took me a long time to start asking for help but I am good at asking now & he won’t push because that feels like he’s taking away what’s left of my independence. I know your hubby’s a great help to you too. I’m going to shower at least I know I can rest afterwards & not move again x

Pete has been doing the heavy lifting & doing all the running around to get things, plus he cooked dinner 😋 I wish so much I could soak in a hot bath but we only have a shower in bungalow. I’m having some fl chat time before I go shower in hope that I’ll be more comfortable in a little while, it’ll be worth the effort x
