You have to have an empty table, have a fully grown Bamboo in your garden, then spot a B&White critter that also has a fully grown Bamboo, all give you 5 feeds but the Giant Panda gives you 10 feeds.  I do have Giant Pandas in mine, although I need Red Pandas spotted (they don't give food).

You can  also use 2 food plates and 2 and bamboo plants or more as you wish..

Use. Supershroom plant to deter mice.
For Red panda and Gorilla , the set up is same except 2 more ,different plants are planted to attract them.. you can see them in those gardens.
But the Red panda and gorilla do not place any food in garden. Giant panda gives 10 organic food where as there are Some other black n white critters , they give 5 only.
Hence, best is to spot giant panda and get 10 organic bamboo food.

First keep one empty food table in your garden...
Then buy one Blue pot from Misc section of pots and put it in garden. And plant a bamboo plant available in Seed section .. grow it to "Fully grown stage." ....available in  ( Bonus seed)
Now start hunting a Giant panda from panda gardens ,once spotted it would  place the bamboo food on your empty plate..
