Yes. I have still bit of pieces to move,
Then clean the frig and on Monday morning
Clean and move my bed covers. movers will come Monday afternoon. It will not be long since I have no boxes to move. Bell should come also Monday afternoon.

Oh, trust me June, I despise Trump...He's as mad as a Hatter, and as dangerous as a Viper. Our Prime-minister Starmer, isn't far behind, he promised us "Hell & all" yet gave us "Bugger all" (excuse the swearing!). He's not given us anything he promised in his manifesto. In fact we're far more worse off than ever before. The NHS is broken. Someone like me, can't afford to go privately, and even if I could afford it, any pre existing conditions aren't covered, so to put it in the vernacular I'd be screwed. There is no point in me complaining about what's wrong with me. It's not going to make it better, so, why complain? I'm not stoic,just philosophical. Oh, yes, my ex was a card alright, still now Rachael is married, I never have to see him again. I've been wrapping last-minute gifts That's why I'm late coming into the gardens. WOW!!! 55 years in 2027 and a 70 cruise. I envy you just a tad, as I've never been on a cruise, and as a sailor's daughter it was something I always wanted to do, But, unless I win the lottery it'll never happen. (mind you, it would help if I actually DID the lottery lol). You are'n old yet my lovely..I'm seventy one (which is a miracle considering I only weighted 2lbs 1 oz at birth), the sad thing for me is I'm the last of my generation, having lost my twin brother when he was 51, and my sister last year. I don't let my disability define me. Sometimes I admit, I get down, but then think of those a lot worse off than myself, and give myself a kick up my tuchus, and be thankful it's not worse. You are blessed to have a marriage so long. I gave Rachael what her father wouldn't. He's is and always has been as tight as a shark's tuchus and that's water tight! He actually gave them a £150, which was very generous for him! All Rachael said was £it is what it is!" He is VERY wealthy, but gave me a pittance in the divorce. I wasn't in a state of mind to argue. Still, I've made my apartment as I like it. I have a greater gift than money Rachael. As I was told I would never be able to have a children because my disability.But, I had to have I had a full hysterectomy at 30. He was that tight, I did two jobs for 18 years. Hospitalized me more than once. Loved his mother far more than me. Unfortunately, I did love him despite it all. It came as a shock when he told me he was leaving me for one of my friends. Still, it taught me to be independent. I'm happy here, as I pay my own way. I can do what I want without asking. Although it was hard to see him at my daughter's wedding. I behaved, because it was my daughter's day not mine. Take care of yourself sweetie. Love and hugz xxx

I envy you going away in February. I hate this weather, I'm a warm weather gal. I rented a house in Cyprus for four years. but stopped when I could no longer fly by myself. (I have Cerebral Palsy), it's only as I've aged it's become a problem. There is nothing wrong with having careers. I spent the last of my divorce settlement on my daughter's wedding this year, and going with them both (and Darren's son, who is a great kid)/ to Kos for a fortnight 5* all inclusive. I treated the three of them, (not knowing I'd be paying for a wedding). I'm hoping to fly to Manhattan, and travelling to Westchester and Connecticut to see my niece and her family next year. Although, I'd like Rachael & Darren to come too, so, I'm going to be more thrifty until I can afford the flights and accommodation for the three of us in Manhattan. We can stay at my niece's for a week,which be nice. (my hand luggage is my wheel-chair lol). I can walk, but am unsteady. It's never stopped me doing everything I wanted to do. I had a male friend who I met, when my husband left. I introduced him to a friend who lived in the same complex, unfortunately she passed soon after their marriage. He then married a woman who came over from America. I learnt yesterday that he too has passed. So, I'm a tad melancholy at present. Trying to get my head around the fact he's no longer here.
