Good Morning sweetie
I am help up on the game as I am not getting the hare or dormouse. I have the right cards but its only giving me hints on the one that is not correct. It looks like a day I will need to have extra patience. LOL

I have done a few chores and have a few left to do after my coffee break. Not a lot and will just take it slow.

How is Jeff doing? Is his cold getting better ?

That is an excellent way to help strengthen your knee. Its odd how walking down a grade is harder on the body then walking up.
I used to watch some videos on how to place your foot /body when walking to make it easier.
They were Bob and ? can't remember the other name. Physical therapist ( youtube of course ) lol

I am so glad you had a good time. Yay and even meeting new people and obviously they share a love for reading with you.
Its good that the earlier to bed/rise is having a good impact on your sleep and how you feel the day ahead.  Yay..
I have had a good day, did a few quick chores here and then ran an errand. I was not out long. I was up at 5 am this morning as Stephen had to go in an hour early. So had lots of time to get the house chores underway without feeling rushed. He should be home in 45 minutes. Earlier in.. Earlier out. lol
I only  did a 15 minute workout for cardio and a 10 minute one on stretching. My left knee is complaining so I believe I have over worked it this week. I was doing between 30-45 minutes. So I will just do 30 minutes tomorrow and if I feel like doing more I will just make it stretches or balance..something to not put to much pressure on it. But I don't want to baby it to much either. I find working it out sometimes helpful. As long as I don't over do.

I am happy to be staying on track. I find winter to be a time I get lazy about doing things as it is cold out. So this should help. Just got to stay motivated πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ•ΊπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸ‘―β€β™‚οΈ
