I am glad you got some rain. We may get some on Monday.. I hope that is correct.
Long range projections in our area are hard for them to predict. But they do a fair job of it most of the time.

The winds died down some now. I have not looked to see if it grew that wild fire or not yet. We will be leaving here soon to go to the market. I know I can smell smoke when I went out to water some of the plants, measuring out the water we got from that last rain carefully. LOL
I am glad everything is coming along fine for you. Its good you get to the beach area lots. The sun and all is healthy for you.

I am glad you are feeling the effects of the physio exercises. To build up the area around the weak spot helps greatly.  I have been a bit lazy with my exercise routine this week. Just seem so tired. I think its the weather. But we have had a few cooler days so I have no excuse there. I slept quite well last night.
I am sorry to hear that about Jeff. But I agree it is mostly just the thing with his short term memory. Hopefully it will be very gradual and slow. I hope his scan gives you the results you are looking for. It must be so tiring to be in the collar for so long. Our bodies are so very fragile when we think about it.
I hope you have a good day. Yesterday I picked up 3 small pieces of steak. It was not very expensive steak and on sale. It was 10 dollars for the whole package. I will see how it turns out in the slow cooker. I have not had a piece of red meat in over 10 years. Yes, you heard me correctly. LOL I am not a big red meat eater, but if cooked correctly I like it. My mother made a fine tasting steak. I never could quite get the color or tenderness right. I do not like rare meat of any sort. So I am a bit picky on that .. I think the slow cooker is the way to go. I hope so anyway.. lol
I will let you know this evening or tomorrow. I have both onion and mushroom in the house so that will be lovely and I have all the makings for a lovely salad too.. Yum.

I hope you all get some rain soon. It seems like the world is needing rain or has to much.. exhausting sometimes.

I also usually am up at least once and sometimes more then once to go to the washroom. But if I am exhausted I can make it until morning. I was never one much for laying in long but sometimes now I think.. wow. I don't even work and still am up early. LOL
I just feel if I am in bed to long it makes my body ache and I feel like the day slipped away from me. Mind you I feel like that sometimes anyway.
