I am glad you replaced that carpet. Sometimes that is exactly what you need to do. It will be so much nicer now and feel fresh also.
I am glad Rotary is being relevant to what is important today. Some organizations can get stuck in the past somewhat. Or maybe that is just around here. LOL ??
You live in such a wonderful place and I am happy about that. Just a good balance of rain /sun. We are to get a bit of rain today and tonight a lot. But we really need it so I hope that it is correct.
We spent most of yesterday after supper catching up on mowing at my mother in laws. We finally got the lawn mower in mid week and I worked on catching up on ours and test running it and then we were not sure if it had enough battery run time for theirs but with everyone using weed eaters to help in some areas it worked well. I was well pleased.Its some light compared to that old gas one and it cuts very nice. Starts easy too. I am very pleased with it.

We need to go get a few things from town for the weekly meals. But not to much. And maybe visit the daisy to see the ladies and look for a book .. I am in no need as I have some but its a good way to help them get stuff for the hospital fund.

Its a nice sunny day here. And the breeze is keeping it moderate in temperature. All in all a very nice day.  They are calling for rain tomorrow evening and we really do need some. Its been dry for too long now.
I had a wonderful day yesterday with the family. It was so nice to see everyone and all happy.

I am late getting around online today. I wanted to tackle some outside stuff before the day got even hotter.
Mr. Porcupine came back around last night. We had laid a few traps for him but he is very smart. He used a part of the planter as leverage to open the trap and get away. What an intelligent and persistent little fellow.
I have to get some things laid out for the morning. I will be going in to Berwick with Stephen and then travel on toward the valley to see my sister. Not long after I am there the rest of the family is going to come along and we will all have a nice visit but I do need to leave early afternoon to head back to get Stephen from work. All in all it will be a nice get together.

I do hope you have a lovely day sweetie. I think tomorrow we are back to normal temperatures.

was a expense when we got it but it sure works well..

They will on Thursday. We will be warm over night and all tomorrow. About the same as today but after than back to normal.
I feel bad for areas that are staying hot for longer though. And we are lucky as the heat pump can switch to air conditioner..  Yay
