Your next land frog will be your 5th and will drop spawn on an empty plate. To get your 5th you need to have SPOTTED 5 tadpoles, 5 froglets and total of 5 UW or Ghost frogs making 5 sets spotted!
Then you go underwater and build up your tadpoles and froglets underwater. It's easier then in the future x
