You need to get 5 small goats spotted to transform your small buttercup into medium.  Then, you can dust the knapweed to deter the smalls while you attract the mediums.  Get  5  mediums so that your buttercup becomes large and then dust up the night shade (from the other purple toadstool).  Then, hope that you get the big billy before the buttercup goes "ready for harvest".
