hope this helps..

When you are ready to attract land frog, just put berries out on high plate and have a low plate empty for the frogspawn.  As soon as the frog was spotted and you got frogspawn, you can then go back underwater. You will then get tadpoles on the frogspawn, to start the frog breeding process underwater.
