From Rowan & Loo Loo        "It took me around 9 months but I done it without the rocks so took longer for unicorns but if you plan it correctly and plant the correct mushroom for whatever unicorn you need it becomes easier......... A lot told me to plant a higher mushroom but I lost two trails doing that because the lower unicorn never came....... So I always now advice to plant for what unicorn you need because however long it takes to appear you are guaranteed the correct unicorn to appear........... I found then once I had my greenhouse I did rainbow of fish and bottom dwellers at the same time so therefore got the rainbow rocks plus the birdbath.......... the added bonus was the greenhouse as you waste shrooms because to get the mermaid you have no need for the shroom but once she has visited you need the shroom......also I managed to do the Alice easier by having the greenhouse........

I would say the greenhouse I use all the time so it is so worth getting.............. There are lots more gardens that can help with topiary now and with the bonus now that you can pause a quest etc to help is great....... "

There is a "dead time" between feeds in which nothing can arrive, this exists in both first feeds and after first feeds. For mid plate entries, this starts AFTER the previous critter has departed. Most of us had known that it existed prior to this update, but thanks to the data we can now accurately determine the times.

First feed dead time (after you put out a fresh plate of food, nothing can arrive before this time):

Superfood: 3 minutes
Organic: 33 minutes
Regular: 1hr 33 minutes

Mid plate dead time (the earliest something can arrive after the previous critter departed):
Superfood: 2 minutes
Organic: 0:37-0:42 minutes (this is a range because we picked entries where the previous stayed for 55-60 mins, so we're not sure)
Regular: 1:16-1:21 minutes

Latest arrival times
1st feeds:
Superfood: 1hr 10mins
Organic: 1hr 53min
Regular: 3hr 35min

Mid plate (this is the time after the previous critter departed, not when the previous arrived!):

Superfood: 1hr 37min
Organic: 4hr
Regular: 5

Put out your white toadstool pot and one dwarf. You can work on Dinos while waiting on those. They take 24 hours I think. So think about timing. Once they are ready, you will need one high table empty and one high table with berries (preferably superfood). You will keep those berries - no need to remove. You will want a supershroom when the apple drops so having it before is fine. Once the apple drops, the supershroom will keep away SW and the evil queen will take the first bite. Then you can remove the supershroom and replace with pink cap. Once Snow White starts coming, put out the snowdrop vase. Also put out and dust up your magpie deterrent. Once SW has been spotted 5 times, she will plant the snowdrop. At that point, I removed the rest of the apple food and then let the fairy harvest the gems for the dwarf using the same berries you already had out. Once those gems drop, dust up your snowdrop.  At this point you are good to go!

You can either plant the next apple toadstool when the other one has dropped or you can wait and do both of them (next dwarf) together.
