  How ya been doing?
   Mix blend of weather  - can do without the stone breeze/wind  - else wise it's not hard to deal with..
  Heavy rains arriving from down south Mon-Tues...idk if you'll receive any part of.  They took quite a whipping including the multiple tornadoes. Bummer on the deaths -plus animals-livestock.  There's a video of a young gator trying to bite a car tire - assuming in the road as it got flushed in - I was thinking it was asking for help - but the passengers weren't going too help those confused chomping teeth.  Very glad the teen on his "raft" survived.  I'd never live down there.  I was in Puerto Rico one September and that small island got hit as it does. I was in a metal house aka shack deep in the woods...it was a furious time w/mama nature.  Don't know if they named them back then..or let names be known to public. 
   I was thinking of back checking.
   Were you ever in a tornado or Hurricane situation?  We have tornadoes around here - mostly in counties  - some do a lot of damage.

   A Honey Locust - I'll have to look this 1 up - the red maple is purty  - our city did this for certain areas - and our area was included butttt ol man refused for the 2 they offered to be placed out front.  I was a bit upset as I'd be the Caring for it and they don't get very large plus critters need homes - oh they can live in the woods up the street he says. Neighbors on each side of us did - 1 red one reg green. Last yr - unkind neighbor had hers removed instead of trimmed.  Other neighbor has hers trimmed with lots of birds and Squirrels residing in.
   Spruces are hardy trees. Miss my 2 large ones.  My 3 slow grow ones reach bout 4-5ft.  I did plant Topiary shrubs out front in memory of my Son - he don't like it but at this point - if all u do is keep your  cheeks warm 24/7 then I'm doing the yards my way. 
   The  "scientists" studies have a name for ppl who do nothing but sit on their @$$ it can effect ones  functions  - Forget correct term - Butt Dementia  is what happens to a person when they just sit and sit. Facts.

   Summer is ending again....aa leaves have shown me this via floating in.my yard for a few weeks - since I've no large trees any more  : (     nor pines.
    Did you mention you had a pine tree - don't recall fully. I planted 3 tiny slow growing ones in yard and the chipmunks hide the peanuts I give inside - they tuck them in deep. It's interesting.   One ran inside 1 of them too get away from my dog Tucker today - he was sniffing around the tree - looking up n down - where did it go?? Was hilarious.  He kills moles which I let him - but I talk to Tuck in our lil lingo  - munk is mom's buddy - he's stolen - no Tucks mouth - he walks away.  Glas I have tunnels up - Tucker is fast as a greyhound in a race  with moves like a snake at same time. 10lb full of muscles.  Joe is a lot better - takes his 4 allergy pills a day - hasn't been to the Dr for any wth is wrong w/my dog this time in 2 1/2 mths = no antibiotics  -no steroids etc. He hasn't vomited mostly because I changed his eating habits to 4 times a day - small portions w/his dry food chopped up (he gobbles not chew) mixed w/white rice - no butter or oil - boiled shredded ckn breast - at dinner time he gets 1tsp

  No rain! Weather person says every night some is arriving tho --- not in sight. The rain he did mention was on radar from the Carolina's - must have drizzled out in Virginia.
     Cherry T. are my favorite  - pop in mouth  like a gumball.   They do grow with the Grapevine effect - tumble off if bumped  - save em via window shelf or a place outside in Sun.  Do you freeze or Can I can't recall rt now. 
   Have you ever bought grapes then put in freezer and eaten them when very cold? I live in grape county - its a treat. Green or purple.
    My corn didn't do very well - most of is "Indian corn"  for critters over the winter help with energy levels. 
  Then I'll give the stalks to my daughter for fall decorating.
     Youth of today truly don't understand the world we lived or prior lives b4 us ' it's a magical world they reside in - the Tic Tok 1 min concentration level concept is complete ignorance.  Has ruined many lives - relationships.  If it's not online it's false concept is another bs and mind blowing.  Even older ppl are in awe that the internet could be lying  - Google does not lie!!     Another nice weathered day indeed.
    Wildlife are lmk they're happy!! Chirps and chatters.
     One would "think" that thee spouse would manage to take care of the needs of the household aka transportation as it being a distance...but we then think their parents would step up and assist as we did multiple times.  I do give credit to my 2nd daughter - she is trying extra hard w/all in this area - but 2 need their own cars n need to stop interfering w/her wk schedule.   Idk if I cld give my truck up haaa haaa - that wld be my on rd baby...both of.  Ins. Groups here insist on knowing whose behind the wheel n if they're covered also. Lots of rules as I'm sure you have in CA.   My eldest Son kept getting in accidents when he was in the USMC  in North Carolina n our ins.co. wrote us saying we aren't allowed to ever place him on our policy lol... ok!! No prob.  I hear he still drives wild  - I taught him how tho not as a reckless 1.   All we can do is Hope each day that All of them are safe n when we do need assistance they can step up for us. May your Gd's Hubby be as kindly towards both of you.  I slowly but firmly let my Gd know her bf is useless  - plz let h

I've been overly busy w/my gkids - now most are back in school but 2 are working close to my home n need rides at odd hrs.   Thinking of Kathy everyday.  Sit to write then something occurs, so I'm scribbling a wee note for now.  I'm exhausted!! 3hrs sleep is ruining me.  Cold air is letting us know what's too be...
How are You? Have you done anything exciting - other than trips to the Dr office w/lil Sis?  I know, that's nowhere near exciting - bummer mode indeed.
   Is Hubby much better since we last "spoke"  - Deep breathing working better?   Mine fell in yard being in a rush - his arm hurts - complains - but he's fine.  Got him to clean out garage...well half of - when he finishes the other half idk??  Being online is more important. 
     How is your Sis doing with her treatments?
