Answering your question:
You need an ENCHANTED Forest Jewel (right now, you have just a "normal" Forest Ruby in your garden).
The rest (cloud, moon) is okay.
And - yes, tropical fruit for Olinguitos.

- cupid mouse needs spotted to complete quest.
luna serana and bonsai will attract owls  with bird mix
Luna \serena, cumulus cloud (RfH) and, gem will attrack animal for random quest (start random assortment and hunt once cupid mouse is complete).  Keep the precocia and plant more for magpie quest, or, start leprechauns!
