That’s great a new roof and lower insurance if all helps to get the insurance lower
We got new windows a couple years ago but still need new doors
Ours aren’t hurricane proof
Neither were our windows but didn’t know that when we bought
It’s so hot
Hope you’re keeping cool
You’re lucky you have rain
It’s still a drought here ponds are mostly gone now so sad fish are dying for heat and lack of oxygen and water level
I’m glad your kitties on meds that’s helping
I’m always watching ours
Our oldest is 18 had a stroke and cancer already and then 16, 14, 12
and do you believe a 7 month old kitten who belonged to the neighbor behind us
They got two both for the barn but fed them not consistently
The one boy kept coming over so hungry and scared at night so we started to let him in
Now he’s ours
Indoor only safe and fed

Sorry to hear that Luna hasn't been well. Hope she continues to improve. My kitty stopped drinking the expensive Hydra Care right after I stocked up on it. Hopefully he will start drinking it again at some point. I'm not offering it to him right now. Will try again soon though.

Great to hear that your roof is on & you have a new washer! Is there still a lot to get done? I need to get a new bed and would like to get a new TV (mine has issues) but finances aren't supportive of either. Work has picked up a little but not enough to risk spending on big ticket items. I've had to dip into my savings lately and need to replace those $$ first. Step by step like you said.

I'm enjoying the summer weather and spending time with my grandchildren in the meantime! 🙂

It sounds like you got hit with everything bad all at once! Sorry to hear that you're dealing with so many things. I hope a bunch of great things happen for you soon!

I'm definitely worrying about financial things lately. Not enough work and too many expenses and needs!!

My kitty is doing ok. His appetite fluctuates a lot but he's keeping a stable weight at the moment. He seems happy 😊

It’s so great to hear from you. What happened that the IRS hit you? Omg what the hell? I can’t believe you had all of that hit you all at once. Were you able to claim any or all it on your insurance? Is Bert doing better now? Everyone is doing good here. I head home on 7/14. Airline tickets are crazy expensive. For a hot minute I thought about not going. That crazy thought didn’t last long. Lol 😂 I hope everything settles down and stays quiet for you.

Those vets are so expensive
We go to Brandon most times to a specialty vet it’s far from us but they are so knowledgable and find the cause of what is happening
It’s called fetch
