Ooh sorry I’ve been gone. Have you had your tutorial yet? Sounds like a good deal. I think my phone isn’t going to update to the latest anymore which will be really upsetting because it’s not that old and is the replacent for the 6month old one of mine that went missing.

That’s a real shame. I was worried about my situation when I was thinking of selling. It would have been difficult to interest someone when the fees were already $365/month and to add the additional $200. But it’s great it’s finally over but they raised the fees to $395/month. I guess they felt they could get away with it when everyone paid the assessment for 4 years! My biggest fear is the galvanized pipes. I really can’t afford to redo the whole plumbing so I’m not sure what to expect. A neighbor just got an estimate for hers but we both just replaced our HVACs on our roofs so I can’t be doing it. The plumber who did my annual inspection told me that I should never have had a water softener with galvanized pipes and that my water was really unsafe!! My filtered water was ok though but he scared me by suggesting it was dangerous for me to be showering or bathing in the water!!!

OMG....I had $9,600 assessment for our roofs too!! We had to each pay $200/month for 4 years!! Right thru Covid when a lot of us weren't working!! No grace period...in fact I got a notice I could be foreclosed if I didn't pay it!! So sorry to hear this. I also had to wait a year with my roof damage from the hurricane until it was our condo section's turn! They only worked on two sections a year because several condo roofs were linked together. I slept in the guest bedroom of the pulll out couch for a year because I didn't trust the crack from the leak in the ceiling in my bedroom and it wasn't worth fixing before the roof was renewed. They told me it was completely rotted!! Glad you are still going to PT...hope it's helping! I took Gerard's mother to her appointment while I was in La...she talked of this heat treatment that made her feel great.

Thank you. It’s been difficult finding WiFi and then my laptop charger cord is MIA … so I was able to get my friend’s mother’s which just happens to be the same connector as mine!! And mine is an old MacBook Air with a different connection than most!! Very lucky. Got WiFi on the phone tonight too!! Yay!! xx
