Hi Mandy, so sorry that you still don't have an ellie garden :( I just looked at my "1sts." and i don't have an ellie otherwise i would just put the plant for you even though it takes 2.5 days to be ready. It's a pity no one in the group can help too. There may also be one or two people doing them but they haven't advertised which is annoying but they may have forgotten....
We have the guys here to put the new box gutter in..got here at 7 and they've just left but unfortunately it is only a temporary one as the guy who measured it made a mistake and the poor thing feels bad and has to come back next Sat. now but at least what they've installed is better than what it was which is just as well as our nice weather will come to an end next week as i said and it's meant to rain pretty bad. Oh well, another week isn't going to hurt...arghhh :) Work was quiet for a Sat. then popped to the shops for some bits and pieces then home for lunch and now doing the washing. xo

Hi Mandy, yep we got the report and we need to have the box gutter between us and next door replaced and some more downpipes around the house. The down pipes are getting done by our son-in-law on Thursday and a guy will be here on Sat. morn. to do the box gutter. Then another moisture report needs to be done and then some big fans brought in to dry the bathroom out and then they can start with the renos. So it will a few weeks yet because originally they said the demolition and renos should take 4 weeks, so add that to the other stuff, who knows....oh well. Hope you have a bit of sun today. We don't have any rain forecast until next week and it's meant to be sunny and 18c today. Wish i could send it your way. Hope your day is going well, catch up later. xo
