Mike is doing well, but I'm still having back pain. It's been almost 6 weeks. Anyway, I had a MRI and nothing new except that I have arthritis going up and down my spine and over a lot of my back. The doctor plans to do nerve ablations on my back. We don't have a date yet.

Thank you, Chuck! April has got to be better. An ex-ray showed that I have scoliosis (sp?) of my spine with arthritis going up and down my spine. They're going to inject some kind of powerful stuff in several places of my back after the MRI is figureed out. My brother had all of this and said that it will help and doesn't hurt. Mike's gall bladder was dead---black and gangrine. He's good now, but kids are still mowing our yard, doing laundry, etc. for a while longer. Who knew? We've always been boreingly healthy!

We had a rough March. I don't know waht happened, but suddenly my back felt like someone was stabbing me with knives and needles in the same spot. It was a screaming, crying thing. Went to our doctor and got some pain meds, but didn't help much. A week of that and then my husband started feeling sick. One of our sons took him to the ER. (He didn't want me to have to sit in the ER with my back hurting). Another son decided to come stay with me. Anyway, Mike had to have an emergency surgery with his gall bladder removed. All of our sons and daughter-in-laws and grandchildren took care of both is us at the hospital and home. We're going to PT now and I have a MRI tomorrow. Not screaming anymore!
