I’ve had them for years. Thing is when they happen you can’t think straight. The best way to describe them is like a bad hangover. Some additives in foods and barometric pressure will bring them on. So I really shouldn’t be planning a setup in my FL garden 😆

I have no idea what the allergic symptoms are of eating dairy. I just use some Costco allergy pills when my allergies flare up. We get so much pollen that you can see a green layer on the patio table and anything else. All the trees get their leaves at different times. And I never had allergies before.

I hope you get some sleep. My husband and daughter have terrible allergies and take this medication called Blextin. It’s the only one they’ve been able to find that actually works. Don’t know if they sell it where you live.
