Yesterdays bloods were at the opposite end o the scale frae the previous week, so I'm tae lay off the paracetamol 'til they see how much that's been affecting the bloods and there's nothing they can give me for pain relief because of the Warfarin...so grin and bear it..My ankle and knee are both still sore, but what can you dae...?.🤔🙈
A hot chocolate tae start my day Linda as it's miserable ootside  and we'll take it frae there..☕️👍.

Morning Linda and can't sleep again as my joints won't let me..🤔🙈.
I'm blaming the cold weather for agitating my arthritis..🥶...but Drs first thing this morning for bloods and I'll ask if they can check my ankle while I'm there..👍.
Tea n toast first though and then I'll get myself thrown together..🥪☕️👍.

My sore ankle has not repaired itself ower night, so I'm still hobbling aboot..🙈. Between knees and ankles I think my body is trying tae tell me something..🤣😂..

Hi Linda and hae just had my last Paracetamol for today, so I'm hoping tae get a sleep in a bit..
It's been chilly all day and it'll soon be the longest day and nae actual heat tae speak off..Hopefully it won't be long..
