If you use tropical fruit or berries, you will reduce the competition for the mice as you won't get cats, bats or mallards. That would make it easier to get the white mice.

You'll be fine for the cat and the crow, you're set up to attract them both. You could use high tables for the bird mix, just to minimise the competition a little bit but the low tables would be OK too.

Put out bird mix and attract the crow to carve the face. Send the completed one to storage because that will deter the crow.
