Hi Jacob - How are you doing? All is good here. I went to press. Hurray! I love to write, so as long as you’re good with it too, all is fine. Yes, I think I did get bored with the game. Then out of the blue, Pearl wanted to play and started her own garden. I unfroze to send her some presents, and have been back ever since. That is amazing that your bus pass is free! Such a good deal. Pearl and I went to Walmart today to get a new filter for the air conditioner. I’m afraid it’s nearly time to start using it again. Hi Jacob - Happy Monday. You are so kind to spend time with the lovely lady who is bed bound and losing her sight. You are such a generous person with your time. It is great that you are a vegan. We do eat meat, but not dairy since Pearl is allergic. I hope you had a nice weekend. The girls and I went to the fabric shop. It is closing, so the prices are fairly good. One daughter is crocheting purses and the other is sewing tote bags. Both publications I work for are going to press this week. It’ll be a busy couple of days. Time for me to get some shut-eye. Hi Jacob - Happy weekend. How are you doing? All is well here. It’s a beautiful day, 80 degrees F, 26 C. I’ve got the sliding glass door open to let the air in. Ah, I have heard of the Heidleberg! The Animals Defender does sound horrible! I’d have to keep my eyes shut printing that job! Yes, I live in the Mojave Desert. I like the hot weather. Oh, I always wanted to be a teacher, but just never knew how to go about it. Fantastic that you built a large shed! You’re so handy. How exciting to build something wonderful out of donated supplies.
Are you going to do the Easter bunny challenge? I froze my garden for so many years that all of this seems new again. Are there any festivals in your town? We have one coming up in April, the Laughlin River Run. We’re about 5 miles from Laughlin, Nevada, just across the river. The River Run brings in about 50,000 bikers. It should be fun to just walk around and see the exhibits. Well, the girls are both done with work in about 40 minutes, so I’d best get ready to go. Enjoy your day!
