Hi Jan. It's not a problem at all. We just remove frozen gardens after 4 weeks as otherwise it makes the job of the verification team harder. Please don't worry about freezing, it's not an issue! I will get you added back into the list later today as I am just heading off to work. xx

When the FFU verifiers visited your garden they found it was frozen for 4 weeks (or more). This means your garden has been temporarily removed from the FFU verification list.

I aim to check in on long-term frozen gardens regularly so, if/when you thaw your garden, you should be automatically re-added to the sprinkling lists. However please feel free to message me if you want to be re-added ASAP, and I’ll do my best to help.
