Instead of stuffing peppers we cut them into small pieces, dice them. It isn't hard to freeze corn. we boil for 4 minutes,put into ice water to stop the cooking, then cut off the ears and put into bags. we have done 7 dozen so far. we want to do at least 15 doz.

Hey. Dad was laid to rest on Tuesday. I don't want to be an adult anymore. My middle sistet and I are the only ones left. We just had the immediate family, that's what Dad wanted.
