Wow you are special.   I love pancake breakfast and dinners too.  I had to shovel several times in the last 2 days.  I am watching neighbors houses, so had to do their walks and long driveways.   I hope you are not getting hammered with snow.  Have a great 2026.  I am crossing my fingers it is great.  Hugs dear

Hi dear.  I found out yesterday that I will also have folks coming on the 25th....Now I will have to check the freezer for a pork roast to make BBQ.  I will need to run out for buns tho.  I sure miss my Ed.  I have a portion of his ashes in a Christmas box under the tree.  Enjoy your new school adventure in January.   Hugs

* sorry i've not always been consistent being on either *

* since Joe died sometimes i'm just kind of in disarray *
* on these cruises to use credits that weren't returned to credit card used *

* definitely a road tripper but making the best of my cruises *
* met a few nice people but pretty much keep to myself *
* home on Saturday *

Ohhhhhh I love little ones.  I buy and out out toys for kids to take.  This year was a lot of battery operated things.  I found a talking horse Saturday,  and it was gone today.  Also gone was a phonics toy.  My English to Spanish toy is still there tho.  Seeing little kids is the best.  Enjoy the fall, and hope you have had wonderful weather.  Hugs

We stayed just outside of Lexington,  and asked about small family diners.  Nice.  It was hot, but next year I am going west to east on Highway 12 in Michigan.   Filled with antiques and that is what we love

87 and humidity is the Pitts.  I was on the west part of the city and it was 92, got back home and it was down to 80.  Lake Michigan helps.  You may be off again tomorrow because of heat.  After storms tonight it will be 74.  Yeah!!!!

Have fun with the kids dear.  Our Temps in Milwaukee dropped from 94 yesterday to 65 today.  I opened up the house even tho it rained.   Take care

Oh your poor friend.  Today was hard.  I had cleaned out Ed's dresser washed the clothes and took them to St. Vincent de Paul charity shop.  My neighbor was putting out a bike her daughter grew out of so I took it there too.  Before I even pulled in to the line a tiny girl was going in the store.  I gave to her, and she blew me a kiss.

Oh honey....I hope the best for you and your friends.   It has been a long week.  In the next few weeks I need to start to look for a part time job.  I want to stay in the house, but it is sooooo expensive in Shorewood.   Taxes alone are 12,000 a year.
