so sorry for the loss of your eldest  furbaby .Bindi,  We adopted 2 girls when our son was younger and they both almost made it to 19 yrs old. They were the best girls ever and they had no stress as we took in rescues our son took them to live out their years with him when he graduated college. . Give your new baby  ZZ time. We have had some cats who  were outside and are lap cats and others who didn't get petted often but loved playing with their toys and ran around happy.  They have such different personalities.  We are down to 5 cats at this time. Oliver T had a  beautiful Calico sister but she passed from cancer   just over a year ago. We miss her. she had a fiery personality. She made us laugh, Hope ZZ gets over her nipping. Good Luck with ZZ. I will try to look.  you up on FB.  I do send Gifts to my FB friends  Was nice to remember my gnome naming period! Glad you enjoyed my story. Have a good night xx

Thanks for liking my gnome name! One fairy, Di,  said after earning it I had to give it a fun name. She helped me a bit thru the Fairy tales. I can't remember what her gnome name was but it was so cute!! She doesn't play much anymore, if at all, so I can't look it up.  I said I can't beat yours because I always complimented hers. She said think of something you love!  Long story short, I named it after one of cats. I call him Oliver T who doodles around begging for my food, never anyone else and gently hits  me on my arm when he wants some love or food 😉   So I came up with that name, after him.  We took in many  strays we found in the snow or that got sick.  Most of our cats like to sit with my hubby who feeds them but  Not Oliver. He is still my sweet huggable boy after 11 yrs. Thank you so much for noticing and for Reminding me of how I came up with the name!
