Good afternoon Bookclub went well on Friday night and at 12 I had to suggest it was time to go home lol  Saturday morning 4 of us went away for an overnight night. Great food and lovely hotel. Just home from  Castlewellan. It stayed dry but was very cold.

Hi Colleen, enjoyed my birthday yesterday, got some lovely cards and presents, including tickets to go and see my Son-In-Laws band Songbird ( a Fleetwood Mac tribute ) in November ( we also see them on the 30th May and 20th June ) the new Wuthering Heights Dvd, chocolates, a Within Temptation vinyl and cd, T-shirt, money and earrings, my daughter made me a banana loaf, visited my eldest daughter Aneliese in the afternoon, then went for Indian meal in evening, we drove about 20 mins to Hales, I had Indian pickles and poppadoms, onion bhaji, and vegetable korma and pilau rice, it was lovely, we drove back via our favorite hill and saw 5 hares and the tail end of a deer, my twin daughter's came with us, stayed up late to watch the Eurovision Song Contest, my fave Romania came 3rd, Bulgaria won and the U.K managed to get just 1 point!! The song was dreadful, so that was about right :) Not sure what we'll do today, the sun is shining, so we'll play it by ear x x

Life is hectic for me right now with being the chair for our July family reunion and the regular stuff so I'm not in my garden everyday.
