As one year draws to a close and another year is about to begin, we tend to reflect on what has happened over the past year. Maybe this new year we could let go of all that does not serve us, let go of all that is making us ill, or deeply sad. Let us start the new year with Love and positivity in our hearts, whilst taking forward the lessons we have learnt from this year. May Peace and Love be with you all in the new year ahead. xx
