Happy Monday! Work was ok! It's a nice day out, rain is gone and the sun is out. I got my 4th of July decorations out- not a lot just a few. Waiting on my new bunting. Just having a a quiet evening a home. Have a great night!     

Oh here you are doing everything right and you run into a snag! That's rotten. I wish I had some good techniques for the anxiety but other than trying to stay present and grounded it's hard!
