Hi Ruby, I didn't get around last night. I was in bed about 7pm, just resting because I was quite light-headed and my BP was a bit erratic. After a bit of a rest and 2 big glasses of water I felt better. I may have been a bit dehydrated. 
I'm not doing much today at all, just watching a couple of movies and doing some crossword puzzles.
