Been raining here all night but now starting to brighten up, got the hairdressers today at 11.00, look a real sight, unable to put make-up on as my hayfever is so bad, ramps up my anxiety as I know I look awful and have to sit in the salon with other people for hours. Went to the Portuguese cafe yesterday with our friend Martin, had a cheese and ham toastie and pot of tea, the sun has just came through and it's boiling hot now, have a nice day x x
