Hi Hun, I am glad you had a cooler day with a nice breeze.. I don't blame you for wanting to repeat your meds request when that is working well for you. I wouldn't want to do that either. Our bodies do know what is best for us. I hope they gave you the same one. It was very hot again here and there is no rain coming until Tuesday. I stayed in again today.
