Hi Hun,  So far we haven't got the rain yet.  They say it is coming around 3pm.  Seeing is believing lol.  I bet you were overjoyed to see her.  If she has a long ways to travel, it is understandable you don't see her very often.  That's good that she can buy a better home with the money she gets for hers.  That is nice that she will see you more often.  Another inside day for me.  I did a bunch of chores this morning.   It is still very hot here.
