Hi Rowan,
I had to google your Meds, that’s a lot to remember , guess you soon remember not to do anything you shouldn’t or eat or drink anything wrong, hope you have enjoyed your day it’s been very cool here, and quiet had agood hover around and changed bath mats ready for washing tomorrow. Now chilling with some Netflix awhile had some Food at 3 that will last me till tomorrow I can find a chocolate bar later . Xx
