Hubby and I tried to get something for Jojo for her feet. I could not believe the price of the dog boots. Hubby pointed to a pair of socks with rubber grips on the soles and they were inexpensive. I said we would try them. Brought them home put them by the back door and hubby didn't remember to use them. I finally reminded him and we got them on her. She went outside and walked four steps in the deep snow and lost three of them. I went through the snow and found them soaking wet. This type are not meant for snow. The socks now hang on their display pack in the kitchen by the back door. I went back to the store and checked the price of what I had wanted to to purchase - $80! I hesitate to spend that on boots for myself. It's not that I'm cheap - I'm thrifty. So no boots for Jojo until the spring sales. Happy Wednesday.
