Hello Lorraine xx ohh isnt it great the temperature has dropped, but did see 1st week of July its back up to 30s ! I have slept okay last few nights but had fan on full most unusual that I slept with it on. Mums gone home today, seems quiet without her ! Think its week after next I see hip specialist, I do think I'll be told the same as knees. My GP changed my slow release tramadol to regual and increased the dose and that is helping but with the heat makes me tired. Hope your both okay and enjoying the decrease in temperature xx
