Hey there Grace...nice here today but breezy I don't mind it actually it's nice and cool.  Doesn't surprise me in the least that your vampire flies come out after the rain.  Actually most insects do.  But I see you have the good sense to know when to go out and when not to.  I suppose living with them year in, year out you have gotten wise to their ways.  You haven't mentioned or been inclined towards doing a challenge???  No doubt you have done them all.  I say this because I was in a garden just now and the lady there is bored and as posted she would love a new one.  I suppose that is what this game is all about really but I am quite happy pottering along collecting the pots.  Having said that maybe your all challenged out!!  You did do a lot of them one after the other for a while.  So everyone needs a break I guess.  Contemplating whether to take a break I have been here for a while now and should really.  I like to give my eyes a rest.  We will see.  Glad the smoke as cleared away from your area.  You have a great day Grace xxx
