Winter Droplets
Good Mornin Catherine, Hope you're enjoying a Blessed Thursday, Mamo tomorrow?
You know for yrs I didn't put up tree, then we moved here & Dan wanted one, now mind you not for him to set up or decorate, that would be my job, he wanted it to set up his trains under, this year I'm going light on the ornament mainly because of the Meow's. You know one of my fondest memory of my MIL was her tree & village, she had the largest one I've send in a home, it spanned 6 rooms, massive & my cuz made most of them for her, she had her own kiln, but her tree was to die for, the amount of money she spent on collectable pieces was in the thousands and when she died, my SIL kept them all, never offered to share with anyone, she actually lied and said they were sold at the estate sale and what didn't go was tossed...Right
I'm going to prep the rest of the house this week for final set up, this has begun to be more than I want to do every year, so will rethink the next time..
I'm off to clear & start the day....love & hugs
