Welcome Spring 2026 May the Birds Sing, the Bees Buzz & the Butterflies Flutter...
Good Mornin Catherine, Hope you're enjoying a Lovely Sunday. We reached 103 yesterday, from my shady patio with a cool beverage it wasn't to bad. Found my 1st iPhone and forgot how much Muzak I had on it, good songs, listened for hrs & I cleared all returns in FL.
HOA: this is our 1st and well since I'm not going to be moving our last. We are a small sub, 55 homes, no blings, no community center, just 30 acres of homes, a walking path and the frontage landscaping, vera basic. Same thing happens here the developer assigned our HOA to a standard company, once sub was completed he found out the company had been stealing from the fund, he removed it and now we the people are in charge. In your HOA are they only responsible for the grounds & such with each resident is responsible for all repairs to said home? I ask because I heard Townhomes & Condo's are a bit different than single family homes. I really don't like someone telling me what I can & can't do with a piece of property I own, boggles the mind, good thing no one minds what I've done so far or that I'm an anal nutbag when it comes to my yards...hehehe
It appears High Desert Temps are here to stay, looks like Oct. before we see relief, must stock up on watermelon & all the yummy hydration foods.
Miss Moneypants- aka Midnight is doing better, she has no heart disease that we should be concerned with & it only cost $1335 to find that out, now for her to heal in her hip & legs, she's a bit wobbly, we're hoping the pellet against her spine isn't causing it, toes crossed. thanks for asking.
Off to finish clearing, think I have my 2nd cuppa on the patio & watch the Sun rise...Wishing you a Beautiful start to the new week ahead...love & hugs
